Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (law, management, psychology)
• Minimum age 25 years
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience as HR & GA Supervisor in a company hospitality
• Mastering work related to human resource management, personnel administration, and general affairs (GA)
• Have experience in handling Industrial Relations
• Mastering Employment Law
• Have a strong leadership spirit, firm, independent and disciplined.
• Ensuring our HR strategies and processes align and support our business goals
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
