Work experience
- Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent
- Previous experience in luxury hotel/resort. Indonesian or Southeast Asian work experience would be advantageous
- Passionate hospitality leader with a positive, collaborative attitude
- Display exceptional leadership by providing a positive work environment and demonstrating a dedicated and professional approach to management
- Fully embrace sustainability efforts
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various groups to achieve a desired result
- Ensures a high level of customer service which enhances the guest experience and satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in
- English Enjoy island life
