Work experience
• Excellent English interpersonal communication skills
• Min 5 years experience in the Front Office / Guest Relations or relevant department with international clientele experience
• Experience in luxury hotels/resorts in Southeast Asia would be advantageous
• Diploma in Hospitality Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
• Honest, high initiative, and outgoing personality
• Fully embrace sustainability efforts
