Banyan Tree Bintan, we are looking for candidates to join us as:
• Assistant Pastry Chef
Job Description :
• Manage pastry staff on day to day operational matters to be on time and met guest expectations
• Ensure proper preparation and implementation of pastry standards in compliance to hotel's standard
• To assist Pastry Chef & Executive Sous Chef in creating and implementing pastry's standards of operation
• To enforce and comply to the Hotel standards of procedures, rules and regulations
• Maintaining a clear, healthy and accurate communication with superiors, colleagues and subordinates at all times
• Ensure clean and hygiene Pastry-Bakery operation at all the time
Requirement :
1. Minimum 1 year in the same position or 2 years as Chef de Pastrie in pastry
2. Advanced knowledge in pastry
3. Excellent English language skills
4. Good organizational skills
5. Capable to lead, motivate and develop a team
