Job Description :
• Food Safety Management System procedures & policies
• Control system procedures
• Evaluation of corrective actions
• Staff medical records updating system
• F&B and Engineering preventive maintenance list
• Action plan rectification
• Involvement in Food Safety training for food handlers
• Evaluation of training from chemical supplier
Requirement :
1. Qualified training programs in hygiene & food safety controls
2. Professional training skills & knowledge of working practices in a 5-star hotel
3. Hard-working, able to withstand a very fast paced working environment, enroll & complete projects on his/her own
4. Highly detail-and result-oriented
5. Understanding of large, multi-cultural organizations
6. Computer literate
7. Good health, mature & very neat appearance
