We are looking for candidates to join us as :
• Director of Sales and Marketing
Job Description :
• Motivates the sales force effectively through performance-based recognition, and counsel productively to reverse deficiencies.
• Implement good account management and servicing practices in accordance to BTHR principles.
• Coaches the sales force by way of "coaching calls.
• Articulates and evaluates business objectives on a daily basis through departmental briefings and during weekly sales meetings.
• Directs the development of effective public relations, advertising and promotional campaigns utilizing a variety of media resources to support the organization in reaching its stated objectives
Requirement :
1. Possesses hotel sales, marketing, and/or revenue management experience.
2. Possesses leadership experience of a department or division.
3. Possesses a track record of active commercial or leisure accounts that may be relevant to the hotel's key feeder markets/market segments.
4. Possesses advance levels of analytical skills and the ability to articulate the business.
5. Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
