1. Assistant Sales Manager
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
3. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
4. Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
6. Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
