Set on 40 hectares of land, Bali Safari & Marine Park is a beautifully designed state of the art amusement park which offers Balinese cultural experience and entertainment, with the latest exhibit habitat designs for wildlife and conservation.
The park is home to more than 600 individual animals of 60 selected exotic and endemic Indonesian species such as Komodo Dragons, Orang Utan, Bali Mynah, and Sumatran Elephants.
We are hiring now:
1. General Affair Supervisor
Job Specification :
• Reviewing & drafting agreements between internal or external parties
• Monitoring the timeline of government regulation and company law
• Legal document handling and filing
• Providing legal opinions for non-litigation cases if needed
• Act as liaison for regulators / Third Parties (Association/Notary/Lawyer)
• Maintain & administer legal documentation on operation matters
• Handle, organize, and monitor company reports, licenses, and permits (new and/or renewal)
• Reviewing agreements related to the Company
• Processing all documentation to other third parties
• Maintaining good relations with the government and other agencies
Job Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in Law from any reputable university
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field or position
• Having a License of PERADI/Advocate would be an advantage
• Experience in handling all legal matters
• Have a strong analysis, thorough, careful in checking documents
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English both oral & written
