Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Bahasa Indonesia is a must
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor legislation
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience with HR information system and a track record of implementing HR best practices
• Having worked for a hotel operator is an advantage
