Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
2. Min 3 years of experience in marketing, communications or public relations
3. Proficient in creating and editing marketing content (press releases, articles, social media posts, etc)
4. Familiar with design tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
5. Analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaign using tools like Google Analytics
6. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
7. Knowledge of brand management, media relations, and crisis communication
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Bahasa Indonesia
9. Leadership skills to guide and motivate a marketing team, manage cross-functional collaborations, and handle external stakeholder
