1. Corporate Human Resources Director
Lead HR strategies across 80+ properties, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field
- Min 5 years in HR leadership (preferably hospitality)
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations
- Able to lead performance management and succession planning efforts
- Proven ability to manage multi-location team effectively
2. Corporate Marketing Communication Manager
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance Azana’s brand and drive growth
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years in marketing / PR leadership
- Proven success in campaigns, and brand management
- Great in leading unique branding, advertising, and public relations initiative for all hotels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign ROI and performance
