1. Executive Chef (Expat)
2. Assistant Chinese Head Chef (CDC)
3. Chef de Cuisine
4. Chinese Wok 1 (Sous Chef)
5. Chinese Dimsum (Sous Chef)
Qualifications:
- Open only for an expatriate who is living in Bali/Indonesia (1)
- Only for Indonesian citizen (2,3,4,5)
- Mastering for Chinese cuisine (3,5), minimum 8 years experience
- For CDC, must have experience of working in a reputable stand-alone restaurant (specialty in Indonesian - nusantara cuisine)
- For managerial level and above, minimum 2 years experience in the same position at a 5 star hotel (1,2,3,4)
- Has experience in operating an outlet (4)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong in Health and safety procedure and implementation both administrative and operation
