Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant role and in the same field
• Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Passion to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experience
