Sous Chef
for our New outlet (Resto, Bar, Night Club) in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.
The right candidate needs to have a very strong background in A la Carte (Modern Chinese & Asian Cuisine), understand set up & preparation, passion for plating and should have a proven record at the same position in the good restaurant segment.
Being able to Organize and maintain quality and standards during busy periods as a strong leader and ready to join as soon as possible.
