Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of the hotel or resort's facilities, services, and offerings.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of local and regional market trends in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to identify potential markets and opportunities for growth.
- Experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to address and resolve customer concerns or issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts and partnerships.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market research to make informed decisions.
