General Requirements:
• Have the ability to supervise daily hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Develop and implement policies to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Collaborate with department leaders to streamline workflows
• Assess guest satisfaction through feedback and make improvements as needed
• Control expenses and maximize revenue
• Train and lead a diverse team to deliver excellent service and uphold brand standards
• Able to work under family management
• Address guest complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Stay updated on industry trends to promote continues improvement
