1. General Manager and Operations Manager
to lead our retail unit in the development of a modern, integrated smart city in North Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and possess the following qualifications.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management role.
• Experience in hotel and Food & Beverage territory.
• Strong leadership skills and capable in building high-performing team.
• Confident in communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Strong service orientation and hands on.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
• Have a good personality and professional.
• Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
