Responsibilities :
• To provide a systematical and organized administration and correspondence.
• Ensure all correspondences, faxes, messages, e-mails are responded in a timely manner or disseminated accordingly and demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills Liaise closely with all dept heads and supervisors in developing departmental communication and operation.
Requirements :
• Indonesian citizen, ideally graduated from Hospitality University or School
• Has previous experience in similar role
• Demonstrate a good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and great eye for details
• Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office is required
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and creative team player
• Excellent English communication in both written and spoken
