• Human Resources Manager (HRM)
Responsibilities :
• Nurturing and supporting employees and ensuring a positive workplace environment
• Creating effective hiring and recruitment processes
• Design comprehensive onboarding programs and facilitate training and development initiatives to ensure that the new hires feel welcome and supported
• Ensure the organization complies with employment laws, internal policies, and industry standards
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Requirements :
• Indonesian Citizen with High school diploma or GED, 3 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office is required (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Committed, enthusiastic, proactive systematic, responsible & organized in work
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian, both speaking and writing
