Now, we are looking for passionate candidate to fill the positions as below:
1. Front Desk Agent
About the role:
- Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure
- Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay
- Handles of Night Audit Report, Reservation and Telephone Operator
- Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible
- Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
- Ensures that administrative procedures never take priority over guest relations
Your skills & experiences:
- Experience in the same position at least 1 years
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Indonesian and English
- Good personality and attitude
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
