Specific Requirements :
- 1+ year of relevant experience at the same position or 2+ years experience as 1st Commis/Senior Cook.
- Strong ability in Western Cuisine and Nusantara Cuisine
- Good understanding of HACCP technique & procedure
- Well known of Menus & Kitchen Terminology
- Strongnest dedication, commitment, disclipine and positive attitude.
- Team spirit
- Be able to flexible, creative and hardworking
- Physically and mentality fit
- Be able to fair speak and listen English, but must be good for written
- Willingnes to be smart worker and quick learner
